A very Merry Christmas!

Well just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! We are very busy around here. Today is Isaiah's school concert and Shaina's orchestra concert tonight. Thursday Noah will be entering toddlerhood (sort of he is still very much mommy's baby) and turning the big 1 year old! Yes I can tell I am getting old because I swear it was only about 4 months ago we were bringing him home! Friday little Abbey has her preschool concert so we will be doing kid things all week. It is very fun and can't wait!
Here is our Christmas card for the year. Some of you may actually get them in the mail but I knew this is the only way they would be on time to anyone!

We love you all and miss everyone terribly! May you and yours be truely blessed this holiday season! Love The Whole Wallace Gang!

noah's teeth!

Okay so I promised mom I would take a picture on little noahs teeth!
As of 10 months old he had no teeth in the last month and half these 5 came! He is getting very big standing up holding on to everything and thinking he is just one of the "big kids". It is hard to believe but we will be celebrating his first birthday in 15 days ugh!!!! Oh and by the pictures you can tell he is due for his first haircut as well!

Well that is all for now we will talk to you all soon! Love ya!

We have a miracle!

Well besides the fact that I totally ditched the blogging audience with this little piece of information I have been telling everyone I know! So last Wednesday we go in to the hospital to have Abs surgery and right before they are ready to put her under they decide to go get another xray. So glad they did for it seems Abs had a little talk with Jesus and told him "take that golf token out of my tummy!" Well we all know what Abbey wants Abbey gets so there you have it ....no surgery! The token was gone! Now I had continued my extensive search everyday to see if that bugger had passed(I will spare you those wonderful details!) and I never saw any trace of it. I am not quite sure how Jesus managed this one but we don't really care either! We will take this little miracle no matter how it came to pass! So that is that a little testimony builder for our 3 year old and for the rest of us as well!
Thank you all for keeping us in your prayers we know this works miracles! Love you!

Surgery update

Just thought I would update a little on what is going on with Abbey. We are scheduled to go into Primary Childrens Hospital tomorrow where they while remove our little nemisis the dreaded "TOKEN". We have not heard what time but we should know by 4:00 today. Just asking you all to keep us in your thoughts and prayers for all to go well! They are going to have to make 2 small incisions in her stomach to be able to remove the token. It is a bigger deal than we had hoped for so we are asking for Abbey to feel brave and safe. She seems to be doing okay but she was listening very intently when the surgeon explained the procedure and is now trying to process that as well as a three year old mind can. Mostly it is the "they are cutting me open" part that she is having the hardest time with. We walked into the post office yesterday and I think it was just a new and different place and she looked up at me and said "are they cutting me open now?" So she is trying to prepare herself the best she can. It is hard on the momma too just knowing there is no good way to prepare her for this. Thank you all for loving and supporting us and we just ask for your support as we go through this next chapter. Hopefully if all goes well we will get to bring her home Thursday..... here's keeping our fingers crossed for that!

Little update.............

Things are going pretty good around here. We are having a wonderful fall full of warm fun days. Jon is trying to keep busy at work and finishing up his semester at school. The kids got their report cards last week and they were very good! Shaina is pulling straight A's which she works very hard for and we are really proud. Isaiah is doing really well exceling in Math and learning to read more and more. He is even starting to engross his self like someone else we know (Shaina) and sit and read until I have to tell him to go play outside for awhile. Although if given the chance I am sure he would sit in front of the TV the rest of his life and become a zombie!!!! I enjoy them so much and realize I could never tend to all of them without some good help from friends and my Shaina girl she is such a blessing to me!
Abbey update is the token is still there they think it is not passing and after another x-ray looks like we are off to the Children's Hospital for a surgery consult on Tuesday we will keep everyone updated on what we find out. Just keep her in your prayers. And if you know of anyone that could spare a guardian angel this one may just be wearing hers out!!!!
I am just keeping busy and trying to start doing my photography a little more on the side I have student loans I have to pay back someday!!!! If you want to check out more of my work I have another blog dedicated to that hobby!
You can check it out here: http://meandmyd50.blogspot.com
We love you all and hope all is well with everyone!

Keeping in the Halloween spirit!

Just thought I'd share a spooky skeleton........................

well actually it our little Abs...and actually its a golf token for a bucket of balls and if Jon tries to get his bucket from this one we will know he has a "golf problem" Anyways Abbey so heroically picked this up off the floor so her little brother would not get it. Unfortunately before she could put it up out of the way the little voices in her head told her......."quick put it in your mouth!!!!!!" So now we are waiting it out to see if this will pass on its own. Yes this is one of the adventures of motherhood not soon to be forgotten! Hopefully it will be nothing more than a funny story to tell her children...... It does look a little like the bottom of a cello. The kids find this a little too funny!

Halloween fun!

Here are our little ones for Halloween..... Isaiah was a super spiderman...

The whole gang.....

And here is our little mouse.....

JUST FOR FUN

Okay so I saw this fun little thing on another blog. I decided to do it. Oh my goodness it really seems to fit me right now. For those of you that know me well see what you think!
Your Birthdate: May 15

You take life as it is, and you find happiness in a variety of things.
You tend to be close to family and friends. But it's hard to get into your inner circle.
Making the little things wonderful is important to you, and you probably have an inviting home.
You seek harmony with others, but occasionally you have a very stubborn streak.

Your strength: Your intense optimism

Your weakness: You shy away from exploring your talents

Your power color: Jade

Your power symbol: Flower

Your power month: June

For you my friend G.

Alright this is what I have been working on for you just a sneak peek. I will try and finish them off soon! We are truely blessed to live here is this beauty!

Thanks for letting me do this for you G. Hope you like them. Oh yes you do have beautiful children! And I will have son #1 done very soon so he doesn't feel left out!

Okay so I haven't been around things are going very quick around here. We had a wonderful time in Montana. We were able to see alot of friends and family. Jon and I were able to attend the temple for the wedding of our dear friends which meant alot. It was the first sealing Jon and I had attended together since our own 8 and a half years ago. Jon is keeping very busy with work and school we don't see him much but he should be done by the end of the year. We are just praying Heavenly Father will show us what direction to go next. He was able to be home today with the family it is always so nice when he can be around on a Sunday. I am on my way to bed just wanted to check in and let everyone know we are doing well. Love to all! Oh and I will leave you with a picture of the temple! If you look really close you can see the bride and groom in it. Until next time......

First day of school

Yes it is true summer is offically over! The kids started school yesterday. I am having mixed feelings about this. I can't believe I have an offical jr. higher. Well this is the morning before sis left for school. I didn't get a very good shot of Little man by himself. I waited until after I had walked sis to school and the lighting was pretty icky when I tryed to get him.
I think it will be a good year hope they can stay so optimistic!

I have entered the blogging world!

Well it is official I have entered the blogging domain. I am hoping this is an easy way to keep in touch with far away family and friends. May be find a little more about myself and release a little of my creativity. And now it is time to start dinner and remember what reality is!
